Payment Terms Payment for Services must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept payments through our website, processed securely via Stripe or other payment gateways.
Client Obligations The Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information as required for ShadowTrack Investigations to perform the Services. The Client agrees not to use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Services may be cancelled by the Client up to 7 days prior to the scheduled commencement without penalty. To cancel or reschedule a Service, the Client must notify ShadowTrack Investigations in writing.
Confidentiality ShadowTrack Investigations upholds strict confidentiality policies. Information pertaining to the Client and the investigative subject will be treated with the highest level of discretion.
Intellectual Property Rights All content on the ShadowTrack Investigations website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of ShadowTrack Investigations and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability ShadowTrack Investigations will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our Services.

General Policy Our refund policy is designed to be clear and fair. We understand that plans can change and we are committed to accommodating our clients’ needs.
Refund Eligibility Refunds are strictly limited to cases where the failure to provide the purchased Service is attributable solely to the fault of ShadowTrack Investigations.
Cancellation Refunds Clients are entitled to a full refund for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled start of the Service. Cancellations made within 7 days of the service commencement date are not eligible for a refund.
Non-performance Refunds In the rare event that ShadowTrack Investigations is unable to perform the Service due to our own error, a proportionate refund will be issued, depending on the extent of the Service that was not provided.
Refund Requests To request a refund, Clients must submit a written claim to ShadowTrack Investigations within a reasonable period following the date of the Service for which the refund is sought.
Processing Refunds Upon validation of a refund claim, refunds will be processed promptly. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original method of payment within a standard timeframe dictated by the payment processor.
